CINESIOTERAPIA X RIGIDEZ ARTICULAR EM PACIENTES SUBMETIDOS À ARTROPLASTIA DE JOELHO
Resumo
Resumo: A artroplastia total de joelho (ATJ) é definida como substituição da articulação por uma prótese. Este procedimento visa o alívio da dor e melhora da funcionalidade da articulação operada. Objetivo: demonstrar a eficiência das técnicas cinesioterapêuticas no quadro de rigidez articular após artroplastia de joelho. Metodologia: foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica que buscou por artigos e livros que abordassem o tema do estudo, estes deveriam satisfazer o objetivo da pesquisa a partir das bases de dados SciELO, GOOGLE scholar, PubMed/Medline e PEDro. Conclusão: concluímos então que as técnicas cinesioterapêuticas traz de fato alguma contribuição após a ATJ, apesar dos estudos não serem conclusivos para a melhora do quadro de rigidez articular.
